Delivery Information

All orders are shipped from our Horn Lake, MS office by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express. Please note that First Class packages are shipped in plastic bubble wrap lined envelopes.

All orders will be shipped the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 12PM CST Monday-Friday excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed. If we notice an error on your order and are unable to contact you to clarify then this guarantee is not applicable. Orders placed after 12PM CST on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will ship out the following Monday excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed.

If after you have placed an order you realize that you ordered the wrong item or need to change items please submit a CRM Ticket. Please note that this could delay shipping your package to the next day because we often have to unpack your order, make the changes in our system, etc. We are unable to charge an item to your card once an order is placed. If you want to add an item to the order you will just have to go through the check-out process again.

Most orders can fit inside a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Small Box. It cost $5.10 to anywhere in the USA up to 70 pounds. Delivery time is generally 1-2 days.

If you select USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Overnight as your shipping option, your order must be placed before 12PM CST Monday-Thursday for us to get the package out to you that day. PLEASE call us and let us know if you have placed an order near the cut off time. We are NOT responsible for errors made by the carrier if your package is not delivered on time. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! We recommend using this option in only the most extreme situations!!

Orders totaling more than $99.00 will be shipped free of charge by USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind if using a coupon code that the free shipping goes into effect on your total after all discounts are applied to the order.

We will ship your items to the address you provide us. If your item does not arrive and the USPS says its delivered then we will do what we can to help you locate your package. The USPS does make mistakes so please check with your local post office and your neighbors to see if it has been delivered incorrectly. If you provide the wrong address and we have to re-deliver the package to you there will be an additional shipping fee equal to the original one. If you refuse to pay for the additional shipping charge your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping charge.

We can not nor will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not replace them. If you wish to purchase insurance on your package please add that option in shipping.
